A.  Tulip Online Boutique is a one-stop online distributor of Korean, Chinese and Japanese design apparels. We aim on becoming one of the best online distributor in Asia.

A.  We take utmost care with the information you provide us with while placing an order through our website or social medias. All the information provided during the purchase is highly restricted to our staff.

Q. How do I add items to my cart?

A.  To add an item to your cart, click on the product you wish to purchase and press the "Add to Cart" button. When you click the “Add to Cart" button, your item will automatically be added to your cart.

Q. How do I remove items from my cart?

A.  First, click on the “View cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” check box to the left of the item description.

Q. How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

A.  First, click on the “View cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the "Qty" header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update cart” link. Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.
 

Q. How do I view what's in my shopping cart?

A.  To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can view what is in your shopping cart.

Q. How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

A.  At the bottom of the first checkout page, there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.

A.  To find out about the checkout process, click "Guidelines" on the menu bar and choose "How to Order".

Q. Do you provide free shipping? Can you ship your products anywhere?

A.  Unfortunately not. The shipping fee will be determined by the are you live in. For more information go to "Guidelines" in the menu bar and click on "Shipping Price List". We ship our products to:

A.  You can cancel your order by sending an email to tulippboutiquee@gmail.com before the first Friday after placing the order.

Q. What is your return policy?

A.  When you receive the package, if there is any quality problems ( such as, damaged, glue problems, size problems, color , missing items ), take a few pictures and send an email to tulippboutiquee@gmail.com. Our staff will check and offer you the best solutions to solve the problems .Please don't worry
